🌿 How Kind Motion OT can Help

Mental Health & Neurodiversity Support

Using a strengths-based approach, I will support you to manage everyday challenges and thrive in all areas of life, whether at school, work, home or during leisure activities.

Together, we can explore practical strategies to make tasks more manageable, understand sensory processing, recognise and respond to body signals, and find ways to pace activities and decompress.

I also offer support to parents, drawing on my own family experience of neurodiversity. I understand the importance of empathy, understanding and feeling heard. I can support you in navigating communication with schools, advocating for your child’s needs, and finding ways to look after your own wellbeing along the way.

My aim is to help individuals and families recognise their strengths, build confidence and find approaches that work for them.

Physical Health & Daily Independence
I also provide practical support for people living with long-term health conditions, helping them manage everyday tasks and maintain independence in ways that work for them. This may include adapting activities and routines, exploring pacing strategies to manage energy and reduce fatigue, and carrying out equipment assessments to identify practical solutions that make daily life easier. My aim is to help people find ways to conserve energy, maximise their abilities and continue doing the things that matter to them.
