Introduction call 15 mins – no charge. I will explore if Kind Motion OT is the right support for you. I move to an initial assessment or individual therapy session if I agree with you to work together.

Initial Assessment (Virtual or phone)
I provide a supportive, in‑depth session exploring your needs, strengths, and goals. £80

Initial assessment at home – I assess how you are managing in the home environment £160

Follow‑Up Session
I offer a follow up session to move forward from the Initial assessment and I implement recommendations as required £80

Individual Therapy Sessions
60 minutes of focused therapeutic support I tailor to your goals. In person appointments are available. £80
45 minutes of a focused and paced session I design for those with fatigue or sensory needs. In person appointments available £60

🌿 Report Writing
Summary Report — £80 I write a report or letter that will provide a detailed summary of main points and recommendations
Detailed Report — £180 I create a comprehensive report with detailed recommendations suitable for sending on to other organisations or services.

Travel is included within a 7 mile radius of Corsham, Wiltshire. Outside of this, I discuss a travel fee directly.
